Modern house located high with unique design and beautiful sea views. The house has an open kitchen and living room with plenty of space for cozy dinners.
The house has two spacious bedrooms and individual bathroom with shower and WC. Washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with modern and luxurious kitchen appliances.
The house has a terrace that goes all the way around with different seating areas both under the roof and in the open air, sun loungers, gas grill and murica (frying table).
On the terrace there is a wood-fired hot tub only for the guests of the black house and from it you have a view of the sea. Just a short walk away you reach the beach and the pier where you will find kayaks and a wood-fired sauna boat to borrow.
